about the Christmas Show.
Lets see...I put my tree up today...just ONE!!!
No decorations yet but at least it is a start.
Eli could care less about it...YEAHHHH!!!
Tinsley on the other hand thought that it needed to be watered! : (
But I love him.
Do your "fake" trees shed...mine do. Wasn't that the reason to buy them
NO MORE NEEDLES!!!
I spend just as much time sweeping up fake stuff as I did
the real stuff.
Well folks, gonna run and get some burlap!!
Happy guessing and I will let you guys know
as soon as the correct answer is given.
Blessing,
Robin
Hi Robin,
ReplyDeleteI have no idea but it sorta looks like a bottle opener?? My tress shed too and I really think worse than the real ones. Not sure what is going to happen with the brats at my house. I have the tress up with just the lights so far and I already have climbers. I hate to thing what's going to happen when the decorations go on!!
Take care,
Sallie
It looks similar to a p-38 can opener....
ReplyDeleteHi Robin~ This is a can opener. My son-in-law (Navy veteran)just pulled one out of his pocket to open a can for me last week.Never leaves home without it. I would love to win a "surprise" -especially this time of year!! Thanks ~Sara
ReplyDeleteps- I am having a giveaway over on my blog.
It looks like a can opener to me.Multi task type.I love surprises...smile..Warm Blessings!~Amy
ReplyDeleteHi Folks...I will tell you all that this IS NOT a can/bottle opener.(HeeeHeee)
ReplyDeletep38 can opener and a dime?? would love to play along.
ReplyDeletehugs,
pam
My guess would be: it is a "spanner tool" used for specialty applications, layman's terms (wrench). Yes, fake trees shed, last year I got rid of mine cause it caused me way too much grief, those fake needles sweep up a lot harder than real needles.
ReplyDeleteStay warm, brr here,
Connie
Hmmmm...got me stumped and curious - but I know I've seen one of these before - I'm thinking it is a key blank for old luggage, etc.....I give up. Can't wait for the "right" answer though. Our trees (although this year that's a maybe) have been real ones - as for watering - my Sasha drains the water from them - he loves to drink it....but no "watering" going on.....Hope your week is off to a great start! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what it is ~ now that you say it isn't a bottle opener. It does appear to be used to adjust something ~ skate or ski key?
ReplyDeleteBoy I feel stupid!!!
Prim Blessings
Robin
Guess two.... vintage pocket wrench advertising promo? Boy if it was only readable I might do better.LoL Fun but driving me nuts! Warm Blessings!~Amy
ReplyDeleteO.K. Folks...clue #2...it IS a type of key...
ReplyDeletebut what kind????
Hey! It looks like a bottle opener to me, & it looks as if it might have another purpose or two?
ReplyDeleteYep, my trees shed too...I think they sweep up alot easier than real needles tho!
Hi Robin,
ReplyDeleteLooks like a vintage skate key. That's my guess. Yes, my fake tree sheds too. But not as bad as the real ones. Can't wait to see what this is.

ReplyDeleteOr vintage car or tractor key! This is going to drive me crazy Robin! Could be a watch or clock key with those notches on it???? Hmmmmm...This is a good one.
ReplyDeleteOld lawnmower or tractor key?
ReplyDeleteHowdy Folks...this is NOT a tractor, car, watch or clock key...HOWEVER it was used to lock a specific item.......
ReplyDeleteI think it is a "key" or wrench I think for a sewing machine.
ReplyDeletejleibfried@aol.com
Did it lock a cabinet or trunk?
ReplyDeleteA Hoosier cabinet key?
ReplyDeleteHi Folks, you are get with trunk, but just not quite there...keep guessing..(wink)
