It's Play Time!!!

What am I?
Guess correctly and win a Christmas Package
of banners, dirty linen and some grungy candy canes.

Rule:
you must be a follower; old or new!
That is it

Thanks to everyone who left such kind comments
about the Christmas Show.

Lets see...I put my tree up today...just ONE!!!
No decorations yet but at least it is a start.
Eli could care less about it...YEAHHHH!!!
Tinsley on the other hand thought that it needed to be watered! : (
But I love him.

Do your "fake" trees shed...mine do.  Wasn't that the reason to buy them
NO MORE NEEDLES!!!
I spend just as much time sweeping up fake stuff as I did
the real stuff.

Well folks, gonna run and get some burlap!!

Happy guessing and I will let you guys know
as soon as the correct answer is given.

Blessing,
Robin

  1. Hi Robin,

I have no idea but it sorta looks like a bottle opener?? My tress shed too and I really think worse than the real ones. Not sure what is going to happen with the brats at my house. I have the tress up with just the lights so far and I already have climbers. I hate to thing what's going to happen when the decorations go on!!
    Take care,

    Sallie

  7. My guess would be: it is a "spanner tool" used for specialty applications, layman's terms (wrench). Yes, fake trees shed, last year I got rid of mine cause it caused me way too much grief, those fake needles sweep up a lot harder than real needles.
    Stay warm, brr here,

  8. Hmmmm...got me stumped and curious - but I know I've seen one of these before - I'm thinking it is a key blank for old luggage, etc.....I give up. Can't wait for the "right" answer though. Our trees (although this year that's a maybe) have been real ones - as for watering - my Sasha drains the water from them - he loves to drink it....but no "watering" going on.....Hope your week is off to a great start! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

  9. I'm not sure what it is ~ now that you say it isn't a bottle opener. It does appear to be used to adjust something ~ skate or ski key?
    Boy I feel stupid!!!

  12. Hey! It looks like a bottle opener to me, & it looks as if it might have another purpose or two?

  13. Hi Robin,
Looks like a vintage skate key. That's my guess. Yes, my fake tree sheds too. But not as bad as the real ones. Can't wait to see what this is.

  17. I think it is a "key" or wrench I think for a sewing machine.
